David Fox is a nationally recognised ESG and sustainability leader with over 20 years of experience driving environmental and social impact across complex infrastructure portfolios.

As ANZ ESG & Sustainability Manager at CPB Contractors, he led the development of enterprise-wide sustainability systems, environmental accounting frameworks, and ESG reporting for $7 billion in operational control projects spanning Australia, Papua New Guinea, and New Zealand. His leadership earned CPB Contractors the Organisational Leadership Award from the Infrastructure Sustainability Council, recognising its outstanding contribution to sustainability and industry transformation.

David’s experience spans ESG policy, strategy, and technical implementation. He has advised Government Delivery Authorities, co-authored TAFE NSW’s ESG & Sustainability micro-credentials, and contributed to national guidance on Fossil Fuel Free Construction, Renewable Diesel, and Emissions Reporting Standards.
